Aio — meaning peace, calm, and harmony — is our soothing tisane: a gentle blend of home-grown herbs to quiet the mind, ease tension, and bring you home to yourself. A cup to slow the world down and let the day softly fall away.

Lemon balm carries a long lineage of easing worry and lifting mood, gently softening the edges of a busy mind. Lemon verbena adds a bright, calming citrus note to settle the heart, and peppermint refreshes and clears the senses. Together they make a cup that feels like a deep breath — slow, soft, and steady.

Every blend is an artisan, hand-crafted taonga — every herb organically grown, hand-picked, and prepared on our whenua, then blended slowly and with intention, so each cup is infused with the mauri of our garden.

Ingredients

Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Peppermint. All organically grown in our maara under the principles of Hua Parakore.

To Brew

Add 1 teaspoon to a cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, strain, and drink slowly. Enjoy whenever you need a moment of aio.
